Spring finally has come to Lublin! We love these season, days are longer and sunny and you don't have to worry about the temperature outside. It is the best time to go out and refresh our body and mind after winter, We would love to present You "6 things to do in Lublin  during spring".

 

 

1. Rent a bike!

Your favourite way to explore new places is by bike, but you don't have yours in Lublin? Don't worry. Since 2014 in Lublin has been operating Lublin City Bike. You just need to register on the website and you will get access to move around the city by bike. Lublin City Bike is 951 bikes and 97 stations.

2. Go for a walk to Saxon Garden.

Go for a walk and feel the nature. This place gives the rest amoung the concrete city centre. Perfect place to walk in the shadows of the trees during sunny days . You can find there also plenty of places to sit and relax with friends or book.

3. Go to Zemborzycki Lake.

Zemborzycki Lake is the biggest reservoir near to Lublin. You can go there and have a first spring picnick with your friends.

4. Check how Lublin Fountain looks during night.

In the year of the 700th anniversary of the City of Lublin, Lithuanian Square was reopened. In the heart of the city an enclave for both residents and tourists has been created. A new multimedia fountain has been built. Thanks to its five functions: water, light, sound, image and lasers you can admire unique spectacles in the evenings. 

5. Look over the city from the roof of Centre for the Meeting of Cultures in Lublin.

Centre for Meeting of Cultures is a place where you can find a lot of great cultural events as a ballet, concerts, spectacles, exhibitions, workshops and festivals.  On the roof of the building there are green tarraces, you can go there easily every day.

6.  Look for the first sight of spring in Botanic Garden in Lublin.

The gardens occupy total 21,25 hectares. There are approximately 6500 species of plants, divided in pavilions by the themes. It is perfect place to find the first spring flowers!
